• The bidder should be a Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 / Partnership Firm / LLP / Proprietorship Firm operating in India.

• The bidder should possess valid PAN and GST Registration.

• The bidder should have successfully completed at least three (03) similar projects, out of which at least one (01) project must have been executed in a Central/State Government Department, PSU or Government Institution during the last three (03) years.

• The bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least ?50 Lakhs during the last three financial years. (2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25)

• The bidder shall have positive net worth in the latest audited financial year.

• Similar project shall mean supply, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, or support of Servers, Laptops/Desktop Systems, Network Infrastructure, UPS, and related IT Infrastructure components..

• The bidder shall have valid OEM Authorization Letter (MAF) for Servers and other major hardware components proposed under the RFP.

• The bidder shall have the capability to provide onsite support and deploy technical manpower at BPSC, Patna.

• The bidder shall not have been blacklisted, debarred, or declared ineligible by any Central Government, State Government, PSU, or Statutory Authority during the last five (05) years.

• The bidder shall have filed Income Tax Returns and GST Returns as per applicable laws.
