Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti and mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after that applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping to old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying CBP as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge in site order book.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti wire/ brush / sand papering or mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, remove / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts etc brooming all dust and preparing the surfaces smooth by applying chalk whitening, preparatory to distempering and after applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) over a coat of birla care putty as per approved tint/colour by using electric paint roller or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - Each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying OBD as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of old decorated surfaces of walls, pilasters including cornices of Over Head Reservoir of any staging and brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, module, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil/ greasy spots etc., and applying two coats of cement based paint including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wood work exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wood work not exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old cement plaster including racking out joint hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc., on wall/ ceiling surfaces and removing the debris from the defence premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick/ concrete surfaces with CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrappingwith mechanical wall sander ( having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 , sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/8" to make the surface free from dust ,loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as directed

M & L for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) up to 15 mm in a single coat at 34 kg per sqm for 15 mm thickness as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed.

M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint aplication with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per min having a pressure of 3300 PSI. allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive and color stay technology,Excellent dirt pick up resitence with low VOC less than 50 grams per ltr as per the LEEDS specificatios ,Anti Algal properties in two coats@ 1.79 ltr(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers inst applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.

Taking down of steel tubing and connections complete on walls floors, etc of 15mm bore of pipe all as specified and as directed.
