REPAIR TO ROLLING SHUTTER, STEEL GATE, RAIN PROTECTION SHED, FENCING AND DRAIN IN MANEKSHAW MARG, URBAN VILLAGE AND CASSEL ROAD IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down steel rolling shutter and resecuring or erasing and adjusting of steel rolling shutter any type with grease/oiling and welding as required and fixing loose portion of shutter etc of any description n. exc 10 sqm each shutters etc refixing with or with out ball bearing including to cover side guide rail and greasing of MS spring and side guide and make functional including complete as entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Supply of material to be measured seperately)

S&F in repair of MS pipe medium grade of dia upto 40 mm including cutting and fixing, drilling, welding for rolling shutter all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair spring of high carbon spring 30mm dia drilling, welding for rolling shutter all as directed by Engri-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of mild steel rolling shutter strips made out of 1.25 mm MS sheet including and reavting including one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enmail paint all as directed Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel 1.25 mm thick rolling shutter without ball baring but gear operated with bevel gear box and crank handle including top cover anchor rod, hasp and staple including in two partirtation (as reqd ), including high carban steel spring, locking device and etc all as directed by Engr -in Charge

S&F in repair for safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair ball bearing for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed

Providing services on related to welding & black smith work based on day to day complaints on all working days (except Sunday and gazetted Holiday ) from 0900 hours 1700 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1.The above task shall be carried out by deploying minimum 01 welder having black smith skills and 01 Helper on daily basis. 2) Necessary T&P, ladders,minor consumable viz welding rods/extras , equipments and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. 3) All replaceble material shall be issued from MES store.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws incl taking down existing CGI/Asbestos sheet complete all as specified.

S&F for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. including dismantling of old sheet incl taking down existing CGI/Asbestos sheet complete all as specified.
