Maintenance of Vertical Garden, plant, drip irrigation system, MS Frame and changing of dried plants etc., and replacing the pots with well grown healthy ones transported from nursery and maintaining the same in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming plants, and the unwanted growth of grasses as and when required including removing weeds, collecting the cut plants fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards shown by the department, watering the plants inside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The contractor shall engage minimum 2 numbers of labourers daily as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Failure to employ the above minimum numbers of labour will attract penal clause as per additional special condition of contract attached with the tender for every default of labour. (ii) The contractor shall supply the PPE to the garden labour and they should wear the PPE during their working hours.

Providing Vertical Garden with Wall Modules/Panels system with panels with grown plants (Syngonium, Money plant, Ceylon gold, Alternanthera, fern etc., and any other suitable indoor/outdoor varieties as directed at site) with thick foliage suitable for vertical / greenwall structures and filling plant on pots, planting green wall plants on pots and fixing on green wall panels with soil less organic growth media with required moisture & nutrients filling growth media on with proper drainage for excess water from pots etc., drip irrigation system made with virgin special grade polyethylene dripper Supply and Fixing of GI Frame work for supporting of vertical garden work ,as per detail of the drawing. Rate Includes of Material & Labour Charges all complete.

Renovation of lawn area, wherever damaged etc., to ensure better continuity to the landscape feature, including digging and levelling the surface of the earth upto 150mm including area cleaning, collection, supply and planting of Mexican Grass / Korean grass of good quality including conveyance, cost of Mexican / Korean grass and plants etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collection, supply and spraying of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides of Bio Nature Tesla 1000 ml in the Shade Net Nursery for indoor plants and saplings by sprayer etc., including cost of collection, supply and spraying of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides etc., all as per specification. Note:- The insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides shall be used as directed by the manufacturer specification.

Maintenance of Shade Net Nursery for indoor plants, arranged in a series of beds with pathway between them including watering the plants Daily, by Manual / Garden Sprinkler Irrigation Mist Fog System , cleaning the Shade Net Nursery area inside, and on top of shade net once in a month by removing the dry leaves , dry branches which are fallen from the trees and collecting, conveying and disposing the same at bins or places as shown by the department as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The rate shall include the cost of labour for maintaining the potted plants. 2. The rate shall also include cost of all tools, plants, and water delivery hose required for Watering etc. 3. The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m. area. (21.5mx12.25m=263 Sq.m/Month)

Providing, fixing, binding the Nursery Shade net (green colour mate with 75% shade) over the MS structural arrangements including nylon spun thread for tying (stay wire) and green rope (for stitching) including cost of conveyance, fixing and binding at all levels complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing and refixing in position of Garden Sprinkler Irrigation Mist Fog externally including fittings, removing the blockages in the nozzle and fixing the pipes at 1m spacing including jointing of pipes & fittings and joints complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (350 Nos once in three months)(350x4=1400 Nos.)

Sweeping and cleaning the concrete surfaces daily around the lab area / Pathway area in IGCAR complex including collecting and disposing the swept materials etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of sweeping materials to the dumping yard. 2. The rate should also include the hire charges for sweeping tools etc.

Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees etc., in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming hedges, and the unwanted growth of grasses as and when required including running lawn mover, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards shown by the department, watering the trees inside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2. The rate shall also include cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening etc. 3. The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m. area maintained per month. The area not maintained by contractor is deducted then and there. 4. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for Lawn Movers. If departmental lawn movers is available it will be provided by department on chargeable basis. 5. If lawn mover is not used, then recovery at the rate of 20 Paise / Sq.m. will be levied as penalty from RA Bill.
