Repair to 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head mono submersible pump alongwith allied works at installed at pumping station Sounthian stage-0 by way of extraction of mono submersible pump from open well (River Tawi) by drawing out MS pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block. shifting of mono submersible pump to the workshop and then dismantling and extraction of the internal assembly of the pump and providing and fitting of new components i.e. thrust pad-2nos., cast iron impeller-1no., chuck nut-1no, disc pad-1no. Repair to rotor shaft alongwith fabrication and fitting of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE studs of suction / delivery of pump set. Assembling of complete pumping unit. Shifting back pump to the site of installation and then lowering in open well (River Tawi) by lowering the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block and testing the pump set on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted by the firm separately. (Complete job).
