Supply and fix in replacement of drop out fuse unit expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch, single pole, mounted on polymer based insulators for 11 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 25-50Amps and connected with suitable size of ACSR conductor as jumper between GOD and DO fuse, with 11 KV HT PVC sleeve, with all fittings/accessories etc, including taking down of only 3 fuses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting to existing HT 4 pole structure 11 mtr long including cross arms/angle etc. with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces with new feeder name plate with zebra type painting upto 6 feet from bottom with alternate patch of size 1 foot of white and light blue colour paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old bus bar chamber, M&L for fabricating, supplying, installing, testing & commisioning of out door type CPRI approved factory made HT 11kV feeder pillar box of size not less than 165cm x 80cm x 117 cm with top cover 5 cm projected allround made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, weather proof, vermin proof with double door, handle with locking arrangement, powder coated with 7 tank process including PVC insulated copper bus bar 3 nos size of 130cm x 5 cm x 0.5cm & mounted on HT 11 kV insulators 9 nos (three nos per bus bar) insulators should be mounted on MS sheet with thickness 3mm made in shape including weather proof painting. The feeder pillar box should be mounted on ms frame made up with MS angle of size 60mm x60x 6 mm duly covered with MS sheet 3 mm thick on all sides about 35cm from the bottom of the FPB & all side removeable type including two coats of syntheic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessry excavation earth work in any type of soil, pcc block (1:3:6) of size 120cmx25cmx60cm- 2nos embedded in ground etc complete including writing name of feeders on FPB with size of leetters not less than 10 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement PVC LT/HT line phase seperator suitable for 2/3 wire having phase to phase gap (Spacing between the conductrs) 300mm or 380mm as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement X-volt insulating mats 2.5 mm thick in roll size of 1Mtr x 10Mtr including suitable adhesive for fixing it on the floor/surface to be laid in electrical power house/sub stations, to suit IS 15652:2006 to provide earth insulation for 11 KV voltage system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and removing HT/LT Cables and other connections and Strip opening of transformer 250 to 630 KVA 11 KV/433 volts indoor/outdoor type of any make after unsecrewing nuts/bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temperature gauge for replacement of defective HT/LT coils,replacement of drain valve,paper insulation strip, breather etc and other defective parts (payment of defective replaced parts shall be measured and paid seperately. Re-assembling after replacing the defective coils parts and replacing the top gasket sheet and other insulating, packing materials and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The reassembling element covers the assembling of parts not to be changed where as for the rest it shall be the part of the item being replaced.

Restringing/ restretching aluminium conductor/ GI wire on LT/HT over head lines including necessary binding with binding wire with insulator , connections of incoming and out going cables, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- The reassembling element covers the assembling of parts not to be changed where as for the rest it shall be the part of the item being replaced.

M & L for replacement of servo motor of existing model and capacity incl. testing and commissioning after repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of servo electronic card of existing model and size incl. testing and commissioning after repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Checking/ Testing of resistance value of any type of earth pits by disconnecting earth continuity conductor from test terminal block/panel/ equipment at various location of building earthing/equipment earthings falling under AOR of GE 865 EWS and reconnecting the earth continuity conductor after testing. Earth tester will be provided by contractor. Earth tester must be calibrated. Contractor has to prepare record of test of earthings indicating the locations in surrounding of bldgs and give the earthing No., type of earthings i.e earthing for E/M Equipments (EQ1 , EQ2 etc), lightning protection earthing (LA1, LA2 etc) & Bldg earthing (BA1, BA2 etc).Earth test results shall be recorded in reference to Earth Nos provided for the instln. Earth test to be signed by Rep of contractor, Rep of MES and Rep of user. Test reports to be submitted in duplicate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing Pure copper electrode 76mm x 6 mtr long. grade, Copper strip 32x6 mm (Strip in pipe type electrode) and pure copper pipe electrode shall be filled with MFC for improvement of conductivity of electrode, 120 KGS approx of BFC shall be filled around the GI pipe electrode. Rate included for testing,commisioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed.Vendors are bound to get earthing result less than or upto 2 Ohm with or without grid of earthings(Maximum number of new earthings in grid are restricted to 3 nos) copper strip required for interconnection of earth pits in grid must be laid 2 ft below the ground level and the same must be treated with chemical (BFC) if required to achieve resistance value. Any additional work and material required to achieve the required result is included in the cost. Rate is included for boring of earthing in any type of soil/rock upto 200 mm bore. Continuity of good earth resistance shall maintained upto 1 year and testing will be carried out quarterly by MES authority. copper strip must be connected with copper pipe electrode and other joints through nut bolt in addition to welding, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Earth strip from top connector of electrode to test point and further connection to LT panel/AF equipments/ for grid of earthing shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Maximum no. of New earthings to be connected in grid are restricted to 03 Nos.

M/L for providing earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts & washers of copper and connecting to test point , providing charcoal and common salt ,all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm , 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Vendors are bound to get earthing result less than or upto1 Ohm with or without the grid of earthing.(Maximum number of new earthings in grid are restricted to 3 nos) Any additional work and material required to achieve the required result is included in the cost. (ii) Excavated material to be removed from the site and deposit at the distance not exceeding 50m distance and levelled. (iii) Refill the pit with black cotton soil. (M&L for black cotton soil must be included in the quoted rate)

S&F in replacement of test point made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x50x25mm duly mounted on epoxy insulator 02 Nos.Drilling of upper & lower portion of test point for incoming & outgoing connections with brass nut bolt to be fitted in and including terminal blockmade out of M.S sheet 2mm thick as per the sample duly painted with two coat of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing earth indicators made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 200 mm x 300 mm duly fixed in MS angle iron 25 mm x 25mm x 3mm of 600 mm long fixed to ground by means and including necessary cement concrete foundation and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete for writing earth reading and connected plant/ panel etc. and excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully from roof / wall of the building loose / hanging / deshaped / GI strip/ aluminium strip / copper strips of any size & type including unserviceable insulators etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F GI earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix aluminium strips 25x3 mm on porceline insulator 'T' type not more than 50 cm apart, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: M&L Porcelain insulators with nuts bolts and screws will measured and paid separately

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium 12 mm dia & 300 mm long including nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole/ pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator all as required at site. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing chamber of size 450x450x300 mm depth outside & 250x250x300 mm depth of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of earthing pit cover 50 mm thick precast slab of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm incl 6 mm dia bar handle, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for excavation and earthwork for reconditioning of existing earth with border line result lying between 6 Ohms to 15 Ohms for further improvement of resistance value and re-testing the test value of the treated earth and re construction of PCC pit cover wth Cast Iron frame work, pit cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The quantity of charcoal, salt and magnesium sulphate required for reconditioning of earth will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing of common salt for earthing complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of of magnesium sulphate for earthing complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Charcoal for earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
