SPECIAL REPAIR TO EARTHING AT VARIOUS SWITCH YARD AND STREET LIGHT AT PRATAP LINE, NIRMAN VIHAR, 61 SUB AREA AT ZONE-I AREA AT JAIPUR MIL STN

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 40 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete. NOTE:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. (iii) Quoted shall include cost of 7.5 metre earth strip of size 32mm x 6mm. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 4 mm GI strip complete all as specifioed and directed.

Demolition of dilapidated earth pit and reconstruction of earthing chamber using brick Masonry sub class B bricks of size 450x450x300mm outside dimension & 250x250x250 mm inner dimension including PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 & PCC (1:2:4) cover complete all as specifioed and directed.

Supply and fixing funnel with wire mesh complete all as specifioed and directed.

Dismantling of prestressed cement concrete poles/RCC poles/Steel poles complete of any size including PCC foundation and necessary excavation & earth work and making good to disturbed surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specifioed and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm in depth complete all as specifioed and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point complete all as specifioed and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with Tibba sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specifioed and directed.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of following sizes including dismantling & taking down existing pipe :- (a) 50mm bore

Description all as per Item No 15.00 above but for 40mm bore complete all as specifioed and directed.

M&L for boring of existing road/path for laying of GI pipe protection for UG cable including making good distrurbed area/surface all as specified and directed.

Supply & install steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screw as specified Type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) and providing with 02 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with suitable brackets and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size following sizes :- (a) 50 Sqmm, 3½ core cable

Description all as per Item No 20.00 above but for 16 Sqmm, 4 core cable complete all as specifioed and directed.

S&F in replacement of conventional street light fitting any type/capacity with LED street light fitting 70 W (IP-66) with integrated lens for asymmetrical light distribution, system lumen output of ≥ 6500 (± 2.5% )lumens, system efficacy ≥ 100 lm/W, LED lumen efficacy ≥ 120 lm/W, CCT 3000K~6500K, CRI >70, electronic driver, 10 kV in-built surge protection, Output open/short circuit protection, phase to phase protection, over-voltage protection, etc. as per IS-15885, THD<10%, PF ≥ 0.95, housed in pressure die cast aluminium housing including necessary fabrication for fixing of LED street light all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of thermoplastic, polystyrene unbreakable junction box size 217 x 253 x115 mm suitable for pole mounted outdoor type IP 66 insulated complete with FI clamps & nuts, bolts, washers and including terminal block heavy duty with phase seperators between R, Y, B terminals, one MCB SP 6 amp 10 KA, all duly fixed on din channel, cable glands for cable entry complete all as specifioed and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core ( 9.5 RM for Each pole junction box to LED light connection) complete all as specifioed and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole/struts/stay assembly etc complete all as specifioed and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specifioed and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specifioed and directed.

M&L for painting to surfaces of existing Steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long with attached accessories (cross arms, clamps, GI protection pipe etc) with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including painting to poles with two coats red & white paints in straps 5 x 30cm alternatively all round the poles from the bottom and marking of pole with black paint inside a yellow circle in a sequential manner complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
