Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc. 1 sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 125 mm x 60 mm made of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, complete all as specified & directed. Note : PCC for filling of hollow portion shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ windows/ Ceosetory windows & other frames / Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ weat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face), 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/ mm Sq, Modulus of elasticity 900 N/ mm Sq and resistence to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position MS hold fasts/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete, as per direction of Engr-in-Charge (Note MS hold fasts/ Lugs/ SS Fasteners shall be paid separately) Note : for WPC Solid door/ window frames minus 5mm tolerance in demension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for preparation of newly surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
