A/R and M/O Building Services at Sonipat Campus of IIT Delhi during the year 2026-2027

1) Disinfestations and Pest Control for I- Tech Building (Academic and Guest House Block), CRF Building, SATHI Building, Staff Quarters, Basement and external landscape area at all leads and lifts including deputing specialized manpower, application equipments and chemicals etc. as per frequency of treatment chart and directions of Engineer-In-Charge for period of one year including :

1.1) Effective disinfestations and satisfactory Pest Control Treatments designed through a program for reducing and controlling: Flies, American Cockroaches, German cockroaches, Lizards, Mosquitoes, Silverfish, Spider, Red ants and black ants, Rodents & Mice. (Termite & Bedbug Treatment not covered in this contract) Service Frequency & Manpower Employed : Agency will be deputing 2 Technician including reliever in all working days. 1 manager will visit fortnightly 1 Audit report of health & Hygiene shall be handover to you monthly/Bimonthly if required. Scope of Work : (i) C-GEL (Cockroaches Management Service) (ii) Crawling insect pest’s management (American Cockroaches, Silverfish, Spiders, red and black ants) (iii) House fly management (iv) Mosquito management services (v) ROD-X (Rodent Management Services)

2.) Fogging operation by hand operated pulse fogging machine or machine as per guideline by WHO/NVBDCP/Municipal Corporation Sonipat for vector control including labour, diesel, petrol & required insecticide etc. Chemical to be used:- Cyhenothrin 5% EC or equivalent approved by NVBDCP. Chemical to be used in the one fogging operation: 1. Diesel: 10 Litre. 2. Petrol: 2.00 Litre. 3. Chemical : 70 ml Timing of fogging: - 5.00PM to 7.00 PM, Fogging Schedule shall be provided by IIT Delhi, Sonipat Campus. The agency has to deploy 01 Fogging Machine with Manpower (01 Job means 01 operations as per given Schedule)
