Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Corrigendum / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the KPP portal only.

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid. Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer and Submitted Work done certificate should include E-PROCUREMENT INDENT NUMBER. The Tenderer shall scan Original Workdone certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening or when called for during evaluation of tender.

a) Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27. b) The Tenderer should maintain the Work during defective liability period i.e.,TWO Year from the completion date. c) The Tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document, All terms and conditions as per tender documents and Other details can be seen in the tender documents.

As per Government Order NO: FD 884 EXP-12/2019 Dated: 07-05-2020 action will be taken if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading /forged or fake.

Bidders have to quote and execute the work as per the detailed specification given in Sanctioned estimate and the instructions of the Engineer incharge. The copy of the estimate can be obtained from the Asst. Executive Engineers office, City Corporation Davanagere during Office hours.

Certificate of registration in the labor Department / Provident Fund / ESI should be enclosed and shall engage a construction worker who is registered with the Karnataka Building and construction Workers Welfare Board

As per the Govt. Order No.DE 447 Exp-12/2022 Dated : 30-07-2022 GST will be added to the contract amount separately.

The tenderer should be a PWD registered Contractor - Class-3 and above

Bidder shall comply with all provisions of Manual scavengers act 2013 and rules made there under including administrative orders advisories any issued by the government from time to time

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund. Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.
