Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Cleaning of existing sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

Clearing chokage of existing gully trap. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer line from gully trap to manhole to clear the blockage, chokeage etc for proper functioning of sewer lines (The payment shall be made for removal of blockage in between gully trap to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

Cleaning of existing sanitary pipe alignment of 150/100 /75 mm dia in vertical and horizontal direction of all floors and all heights by opening door bend , clearing the deposited obstacles including rodding and refixing the doors with new rubber washer and jointing the same job includes replacing door covers bolts and nuts wherever required to arrest the leakage all as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge(opening of each door bend and removal of blockages including above operations will be measured as one job.)

Cleaning of terrace / canopy/ chajjas by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/chockages of khurras/spouts of terrace/ chajjas at all heights etc and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building.
