Taking down carefully of old unserviceable Cast Iron pipes 150 mm dia with spigot & socket ends of any size and handing over at site for safe custody for further disposal under schedule of credit all as directed and all as specified.

Taking down carefully of old unserviceable Cast Iron pipes 200 mm dia with spigot & socket ends of any size and handing over at site for safe custody for further disposal under schedule of credit all as directed and all as specified.

Taking down carefully of old unserviceable Galvanised Iron pipes 100/80/50/25 mm dia of any size and handing over at site for safe custody for further disposal under schedule of credit all as directed and all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil for pipe trenches

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with approved soil obtained from excavation

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 metre and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point

Supply and Laying of ductile iron pipes, Class K-9, with spigot and socketed ends centrifugally cast (spun) with factory applied cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside with zinc coating with suitable push on joint (Rubber gasket D joint) confirming to IS 8329/2000 of size 150 mm bore and connected items complete all as specified & directed

Supply and Laying of ductile iron pipes, Flanged type, Class K-9, with centrifugally cast Flanged (spun) with factory applied cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside with zinc coating with suitable push on joint confirming to IS 8329/2000 of size 150 mm bore and connected items such as suitable size of nuts & bolts, rubber washer etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of Gun metal gate valve, heavy duty, screwed both ends with iron wheel head suitable for following sizes of 50 mm bore GI water tubing including provision of necessary unions, nipple, collar etc. and taking down existing un-serviceable gun metal gate valve alongwith GI unions, nipple and collar including cutting the old threaded portion of GI pipe and making new threading in position

Supply and fixing of Sluice valve 200 mm bore cast iron body with brass spindle, class-1 ISI marked, PN-1.0, both end flanged and drilled and fixed with bolts and nuts and washers including providing rubber insertion of suitable thickness complete of following sizes including taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves - Make:kirloskar/Kartar

M & L Construction of brick masonry valve chamber, in replacement of old valve chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900mm internal size with the following specifications all as specified and as directed: (a) Demolition of existing dilapidated valve chamber of internal size 900 x 900 x 900mm including taking out chamber cover. (b) Foundation in PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates to a size of 1560 x 1560 x 100mm thick. (c) Brick masonry walls, 230mm thick, built in cement mortar 1:4. (d) Coping over brick masonry walls in PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, 75mm thick. (e) Rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick to internal surfaces and 150mm alround the external surfaces. (f) 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed to MS frame work made of 50x50x6mm thick angle iron with suitable MS hinges including providing of locking arrangement. (g) Painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Note:- Credit value of old MS sheet cover shall be considered under schedule of credit.

All as per item no. 21 above but for brick masonry valve chamber of size 750 X 750 X 750 mm

M&L for Structural steel work with Fe-290 (Gde E-165) with compound girder and stanchions , lattice girders, aerial mast staging of water tank and like inluding caps bases splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel section or angle with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners , gusset plate etc and replacement of necessary MS angles of size of suitable length with necessary fittings and fixtures bolts nuts washers etc including required welding work and dismantling of existing wrought iron or mild steel work of any descriptioncomplete all as specified.

M & L Ductile iron fittings, heavy duty, such as bends, tapers, tees, collars, tail pieces, reducers, etc. laid and jointed with suitable push on joints including taking down old Unserviceable cast iron fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cutting cast iron pipes in position for insertion of new fittings or for carrying out repairs of following sizes of 150 mm pipes

All as per Item No 25 but 100 mm bore

M & L for Mechanical joint including Taking down old Unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

S & F In replacement of Foot valve, 100mm bore, cast iron body with throttling arrangement and hard rubber gasket, ISI marked confirming to IS 4038, all as specified and as directed.

S & F In replacement of Foot valve, 80mm bore, gun metal body with throttling arrangement and hard rubber gasket, ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Non return valve, heavy duty, CI, ISI Marked, PN –1.0, both end flanged, suitable to fix with 100 mm bore CI pipe line all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Non return valve, heavy duty, CI, ISI Marked, PN –1.0, both end flanged, suitable to fix with 80mm bore CI pipe line all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete for making pedestal supports for DI/GI pipes type C2 1:3:6 40 mm graded aggregate including making of smooth finish all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforcement Cement concrete for making supports for DI pipes type B0, 1:2:4 ( 12.50 graded aggregate including attached pilaster & buttresses, all as specified and directed

M&L for form work to sides of concrete for pedestal supports of any shape all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel bars, TMT bars of various size 6/8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and directed
