(A) PENSTOCK ( D/S OF Portal TO U/S OF AB-3 INCLUDING REDUCER BEYOND D-LINE)

Design, Fabrication, painting (exterior surface) supply, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of Penstock including bend and stiffeners between d/s of tunnel portal to u/s of AB-3 including reducer beyond D-Line on the concrete saddle supports including supply, fabrication and fixing of saddle plates, bearing plates andnecessary embedment complete in all respect as per design, drawing and technical specification.

Design, Fabrication, painting (Exterior Surface), supply, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and Expansion Joints and Manholes including supply, fabrication and fixing of flanges, seals, ladders to approach Manhole, nut & Bolts tackles) of Bifurcation (Dia 4.4 to 2.5 m), and others complete in all respect as per design, drawing and technical specification.

Radiographic testing for welded joint as per specification and as directed complete.

Ultrasonic testing for all field welded joints as per specification and as directed complete.

Eddy Current Array Testing of all field Joints as per specification and as directed complete

Hydro Test of each penstock ferrules including bifurcations and expansion joints after fabrication as per approved details. Supply, fabrication, transportation, handling, fixing, dismantling, sealing etc. of test jig, flanges, bulkhead, pipes, valves and other necessary arrangement required for satisfactory performance of the test as per design, drawing and specification shall be also be included.

(B) STEEL IN-LINER ( IN HPT AND BETWEEN AB -3 TO D-LINE)

Cutting, removal, transportation and dumping of old/existing steel liners from Anchor Block-3 to MIV of Power House to accommodate thrust collars on u/s of MIV including cutting, removal & transportation of damaged steel liner from Surge Shaft to Portal complete in all respect as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Design, fabrication, supply, transportation, handling, site storage & erection (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of in-liners in the existing steel/concrete sections of HPT and Penstocks including provision of grout holes & plugging, Antipercolation rings, Thrust Collar and back strip for field welding complete as per design, drawing and technical specification.

Ultrasonic testing for all field welded joints as per specification and as directed complete.

Eddy Current Array Testing of all field Joints as per specification and as directed complete

(C) IN-SITU CLADDING OF BENDS WITH 5 MM THICK STAINLESS STEEL

Design, supply, fabrication, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of stainless-steel cladding with 5 mm thick plate conforming to ASTM-240 Gr. 304 over the existing surface of Bends of diameters 2.5 m complete in all respect as per design, drawing and technical specification to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair of Corroded portion of penstock and Bends by weld deposits with electrodes grade to E- 8018 including all tools tackles, labors etc. complete

Eddy Current Array Testing of all field Joints as per specification and as directed complete
