M & L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc all complete as directed by EIC. Imp Note: (i) Contractor shall use proper gradation of aggregate for concrete purpose. Stone Dust shall not be used for concrete. (ii) Contractor shall ensure through curing to the entire satisfaction of the SIC & EIC.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, etc all complete as directed by EIC

S & F TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, etc all complete as directed by EIC

M & L for Bitumen blown any grade applied hot, two coats, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5kg. per sq. m per coat, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard dense soil, etc all complete as directed by EIC

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, etc all complete as directed by EIC

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with sand face finish, etc all complete as directed by EIC

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, etc all complete as directed by EIC

M & L for Cement concrete floor type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Avg 70 mm thick for leveling of area before laying floor finishes, etc all complete as directed by the EIC

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar Min. 25 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, etc all complete as directed by the EIC

S & F Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, of approved shade and quality (Make: Premium Quality from M/s HR Johnson / RAK Ceramics / Kajaria) area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc all complete as directed by the EIC. Note: (i) The Sample of the tiles from the specified make shall be got approved from teh Competent Authority before start of the work. (ii) The Contractor shall prepare drawing for Design, Colour pattern etc at his own cost and the same shall be got approved from the Competent Authority before start of the work.

S & F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick (Make: Premium Quality from M/s HR Johnson / RAK Ceramics / Kajaria) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, etc all complete as directed by the EIC. Note: (i) The Sample of the tiles from the specified make shall be got approved from teh Competent Authority before start of the work (ii) The Contractor shall prepare drawing for Design, Colour pattern etc at his own cost and the same shall be got approved from the Competent Authority before start of the work.

M & L for External wall painting in Two Coats including following procedure: (i) Complete removal of existing treatment, it shall be ensured that the surface to be painted must be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Any previous growth of fungus, algae or moss should be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. Surface imperfection such as holes, dents fine cracks should be filled with exterior wall putty (Make: Asian / Nerolac) or mixture of white cement and fine sand in proportion 1:3. [The surface such prepared shall be shown to Site in Charge & Engg in Charge for inspection before application of Primer] (ii) Applying one coat of Exterior Wall Primer (Make: Asian / Nerolac) by thinning 1liter of primer with 1 liter of water. Allow the primer coat to dry for 4 hours. [The surface after application of Primer shall be shown to Site in Charge & Engg in Charge before application of 1st coat of Exterior Emulsion] (iii) Applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion, (Make: Apex Weather Proof Exterior Paint from Asian Paints / Excel Total Acrylic Exterior Emulsion from Nerolac Paints) by diluting 1 lit paint with 400ml of water. A gap of 4-6 hours should be given between two coats. The work to be carried out up to 18m height including necessary scaffolding ,staging and all safety equipments, including complete cleaning of site etc. all complete as directed by Engg-in-Charge. [The surface after application of 1st Coat shall be shown to Site in Charge & Engg in Charge for inspection before application of 2nd Coat of Exterior Emulsion. Subsequently the surface after application of 2nd Coat shall be shown to Site in Charge & Engg in Charge for final inspection, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

S & F of Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates The MS Sq. pipes to be used shall be having following properties: i) Sq. Pipes 50x50 mm or Equivalent size shall be having Weight between 2.5 Kg/m to 3.0 Kg/m & ii) Sq. Pipes 75 x 75 mm or Equivalent size shall be having Min. Weight between 6.50 Kg/m to 7.0 Kg/m fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, welded joints shall be rubbed even & smooth before painting, providing nut & bolt arrangement where directed, complete cleaning of site & removal of all rubbish / waste etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge. iii] The pipes shall be connected with MS plates with & including S & F of MS foundation bolts without any extra cost. Important Notes: (i) Sample of all MS sections shall be got approved from Engg in Charge before fixing. (ii) The Contractor shall make design for trusses from Govt. approved designer & shall be solely responsible for effective performance of structure. (iii) The MS portion to be embedded in concrete or to be attached with masonry shall be applied with two coats of black Japan paint, etc all complete as directed by the EIC

M & L for preparation of new surfaces, priming with red oxide & applying two coats of synthetic enamel (Make of all Materials shall be Asian Paints/Indigo/Birla Opus), etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (Make: Asian Paints/Indigo/Birla Opus), etc all complete as directed by the EIC

S & F APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. Not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified (Make: Tikidan / Torchshield from Pidilite), etc all complete as directed by the EIC

M & L for application of Aluminium Paint in Two Coats over newly laid water proofing membrane, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

Supply of MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, etc all complete as directed by the EIC. Imp Note: The sample of Chain link fence shall be got approved from the Comp. Auth. Before fixing.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

M & L for Surface excavation in hard dense soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

S & F plain solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed in 1st class Hardwood, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

S & F Plain, framed, panelled shutters 40 mm thick in 1st class hardwood (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

S & F Brass, sliding door bolt 300 mm size with sand or die-cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

S & F Butt hinges 125 mm size, extruded brass, with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, type B-11, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge, etc all complete as directed by the EIC.
