S&F MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) approved roof top solar photovoltaic power plant consisting of poly crystalline solar modules 64 Nos of 320 watts capacity each complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: 1. Solar PV modules/ Array cells of 320 watts to be packed tightly behind a glass sheet and hermatically sealed between glass and back cover (Tedlar) to protect from harsh environment. 2. The unit rate deemed to include for above provision and all other connected accessories required for complete installation of solar roof top fittings.

S&F module mounting structure for holding solar modules made up of galvanised mild steel sections such as angles, channel conforming to IS:2062 & tubes erected with stainless steel bolts, nuts & washers for withstanding wind speed upto 150 Kmph complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10 KW SPV plant on grid inverter system providing 3-phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz output with grid supporting multifunction power conditioning system combining the functionality of a grid interactive solar inverters i.e., string inverters which operates on MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) mode using IGBTs (insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) with trench gate structure or central inverters consisting packaged solutions which includes two or more inverter connected internally as per the requirement including connectors and 01 No. NET meter digital type necessary components complete all as specified and as directed. S&F 4.0 Sqmm size bright annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors as in AC and DC cables for connecting array inter connections, array to junction boxes, junction boxes to inverters etc., as per the requirement and conforming to IS:1554/694 with necessary lugs and connectors complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM Nos. 01 TO 05: The unit rate quoted for Serial Item Nos .01 to 05 deemed to include for free maintenance of solar system for a period of 05 years from the date of issue of completion certificate by GE and submit written guarantee on Non-judicial stamp paper. However defects liability period will be governed by the policy on the bid submission end date.

M&L for grounding properly array structure of the PV yard with copper strips using adequate number of earthing kits and for ensuring the safety of the power plant by thoroughly grounding all metal casing/shielding to ensure safety of power plant complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lightning and over voltage protection for solar power plant complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The main aim of this protection is to reduce the over voltage to a tolerable value before it reaches the PV or other sub system components. The source of over voltage can be lightning/atmospheric disturbances etc. Metal oxide varistors shall be provided inside the Array junction boxes. In addition suitable MOVs also shall be provided in the inverter from over voltage.
