Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F for 0.63mm Galvanised, Corrugated Mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws directed

S & F plain, galvanised, 0.63mm thick, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for fibre glass 2mm thick reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixe with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall as ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/kitchen cup board, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F GI metal suspended ceiling system, GI lay in plain of 600x600x0.5mm (TEGULAR) edge tiles in globel white colour to be laid on strong 24mm Tee section flanges colour white having roatary stiching on the main runner with web height of 38mm complete all as specified and directed Note- (i) To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits at 1200mm maximum centre. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200mmx600mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm required independent support. 600mmx600mm module to be found by fittings 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. Perimeter trime to be wall angles of size 3000mm x 19mm x 19mm secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres. (ii) The HCL sleeve anchor fastnor of thread size 6.50mm x 25/5 with soffits cleat made of galvanised steel of size 27x37x25x1.6mm and level clip in dimensions of 85x30x0.8mm with 4mm GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Plywood 6mm thick, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work in ceiling

M&L preparing new surfaces of wood or wood based material exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink wood primer.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and under in section, in ceiling (framed work) complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain fillets 2nd class hard wood exe 13 sqcm and not exe. 25 sqcm square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling un framed work 40 sq cm and over in section in any position, unframed work complete all as spd.

M & L 2nd class HW clean Sawn timber scantling/posts complete all as specified.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M &L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450X300X7mm thick,laid in vertical surfaces, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed 1:6 complete all as specified.

All the same as per here-in-above but vitrified tiles of size on vertical surfaces such as skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. rendering 15mm thick in C.M 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces etc. complete all as specified & as directed

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet ,white (including fixing bolts & Seat cover) complete in all respect all as specified.

S&F10 ltr capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flusing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve float and handle including bracket fixed in repair

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store upto 15mm bore.

Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples.

S&F in repair 300 mm Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed all as specified and as directed.

S & F in reapir for Aluminium anodized 200mm long barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed.

M&L for sheet glass 5.5mm thick tinted fixed to aluminium frame work with necessary rubber gasket/aluminium beeding area of each pane not exc 1 Sqm complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

M & L for sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 4mm figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling water tanks and removing to the store capacity exc 500 Ltrs and n exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F 1000 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to the store capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 500 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick, interior grade pre laminated one side with decorative choice laminations and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber / steel frame work as in shelves or shutters or wall panelling, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour piano hings, mild steel bright finish width of flap 30mm fixed in repair including taking out the existing complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing magnetic catches 100 mm brass body for use in cup boards of kitchen, ward robes etc. fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 40mm dia cupboard knob of brass, polished, fixed with nut screw and washer, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete wall surface in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M/L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces) water proofing compound (External surface).

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint (1st quality) with and incl curing the surfaces and curing the same after application of cement base paint (tint as approved by GE) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendeing 10mm thick other then fair faces surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces)

M/L preparatin of new / previously untreated surface & applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over one coat of chalk white complete all as specified and directred

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/stone work incl finishing surface w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and includin g 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for PVC tiles / sheets1.5 mm thick laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or motled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors incl taking down old sheet all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 201569.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
