Rough excavation n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation exc 1.50m and n.exc 3.0m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, n. exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site girth of tree exc 30 cm and n.exc. 100cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance exc 500 mts and n.exc 1.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour and mortar only (except stone) walling of random rubble masonry uncousred well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable rubble stone obtained from item No 7 above shall be re-used.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L walling of random rubble uncoursed well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) including Bond stones complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Hammer dressing to face stones will be measured and paid separately.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hand packing with broken stone or boulders or loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm in weep holes areas etc all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm granite or trap stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bonders stone walling of any section indicated, with plain fair faces, and setting in CM (1 :4) complete with joints to match all as specified and as directed. Note : Qty deducted from RR masonry

M & L for flush pointing in CM (1:4) to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses including raking out joints to the joints to existing or new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, cills ,string courses, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs, bands, lintels n.exc 1.5m length etc including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed notching for wire etc flats iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc ) or similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs at 100mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured separately.

M & L for preparation of new/previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of stone surfaces /brick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling expanded metal (chain link fencing), any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, weight n.exc 4 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) screwed on end with hexagonal or square head at one head and to be fitted with nuts and washers 11 to 15 mm dia of neck and n.exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing 50 x 50mm mesh and 2.90mm dia wire all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking, bending , hooking ends and binding with and including steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia quality Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation of new steel surfaces , n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) including Bond stones complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 30 above except stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable stone obtained from Item No 7 shall be reused.

M & L for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses including raking out joints to the joints to existing or new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on stone masonry surfaces/ block wall other than fair faces of brick work , finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foot path, hard standing, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain etc., for maintaining slope and free flow of water including cleaning of drain if any required for work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast RCC cover slab cement concrete, (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs with plain fair faces including setting in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up (SGSW/ AC or reinforced concrete pipes) upto 300mm bore, set in cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 300 mm bore all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced concrete pipes, 300mm bore, class NP2 laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc 1.00km but n.exc 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (RCC over head tank) without any disturbance to adjoining area/users complete all as specified and as directed. Note. (a) The tenderer shall visit the site as per special condition 2 of the tender documents. (b) Removal of iron scrap will be measured and paid separately scraping and cleaning.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 500m but n.exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note. The materials obtained from demolition shall be deposited outside (MoD) land and the same shall be made by the contractor by his own arrangements. Nothing extra on this account shall be entertained at later stage. The rate quoted shall deemed to be include this aspect.

M & L for providing temporary arrangements for screening wall (made of steel pipe, hesian cloth etc) of height 15 mtr and length 15 mtr to protect near by existing bldg for slipping out of debris from existing peripheral of over head tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Temporary arrangement to be dismantled after completing demolition of over head tank.

Labour for separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Demolished materials obtained shall be measured and paid separately.

Removal of iron scrap obtained from demolition of OH Tank and removing/staking at MES Storeyard (2 Km away from site) including loading, unloading, stacking and transport complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
