All the fans in fan wall will be syncronized in such a way so as to meet the required CFM & static pressure, These fans will be operated by a single or multiple VFD ( IP 20 encloser), coil section will have 8 Row deep Chilled water cooling coil, 4 Row deep heating coil(water), 6 Row deep DX coil for VRV in coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.5mm), filter sections with 50 mm thick washable synthetic type Pre filters having efficiency 90% down to 10 micron, Fine filters having efficiency 99% down to 5 micron, HEPA Filters with 99.99% efficienciency down to 0.3 micron, drive package with TEFC drive motor suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, A.C supply, complete with drain connections with drain valve, stainless steel drain pan, thermometers and pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the coils, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc, complete as per specifications of following capacities: AHU shall be with canopy.AHU No 1 (in 2 tier) 3950 CFM / 110 mm static ( 2 fans each fan of 3950 CFM) 40 TR cooling capacity ( 8 row deep coil) , 60 KW heating capacity (2 row deep coils for reheat and 2 row of Heating coil shall act for winter heating to give full heating capacity), 6 row deep DX VRV coil, 125 mm static, 2 nos plug fans each of 3950 CFM.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of DDC Controller with I/O module, expandable to meet the IO summary listed, The controllers shall be minimum 32 bit Double microprocessor based standalone working on TCP/IP on Bacnet IP with integral web browser, calender function complete with day, month, week, year etc, real time clock & 1 second scan time. DDC working on 230V AC are preferred. The DDC's shall be capable of peer to peer communication without help of communication controller / router / system interface controller / PC and shall communicate with the building LAN directly. These shall come with lockable mounting cabinets duly powder coated connector strip, internal wiring and space to house controller & relays, connector strip step down transformer, MCB, internal wiring. (Contractor shall confirm his I/O provision w.r.t requirement on basis of data point) on AHRAE approved Bacnet protocol only. DDCs shall work on either 230V power supply or shall contain UL listed SMPS in the panel. Controller shall have 1 RS-485 Port for the Integration of VFD, Controller shall support 96 Points.DDC Controller with 15% Spare as per I/O summary attached. The BMS system shall give an alarm with hooter in case of failure of HVAC system.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of variable frequency drives for Air Handling Units. Variable frequency drives shall be provided with necessary sensors and transmitters complete with control wiring in all respect as required and as per specifications. VFDs shall have built-in harmonic filters. The drives shall be suitable for the following motor ratings. VFDs shall be housed in precoated, vandal proof enclosure with On/Off Push Buttons, Phase indication lights, A/M Switch and with adequate provisions for ventilation using a fan. The VFDs shall be able to receive the signals from multiple/combination of duct static pressure sensors/Temp. sensors and to ramp the speed of the motor.VFDs shall be suitable to take feed back and connectivity from all the DPS as mentioned below against each motor rating to facilitate averaging activity by VFD. Quoted price shall be inclusive of return air temperature sensor/Pressure Sensors and necessary electrical switches including change over switch & copper cabling for integration with the AHU panel. VFDs shall be installed within Electrical panels as described under Section 'Electrical Works'. Overall protection of VFDs with Panels shall be IP-54. (rating: 7.5HP)
