(D)ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

Canopy will be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MSSheet , with nut & bolt type , inside lining of fire retardant foam 80/100kg /M3 density of 25 mm thickness as acoustic material . Four hinged doors and onedorr fitted with visible glass and locks . the Generator set base frame is provided with hooks for unloading .Canopy will perform +5deg celsius than Normal ambient temperature .No grouting required on the ground ,level surface capable or withstanding the DG Weight , with all sides open for fresh air and hot air exhaust . the Canopies offered one for output of< 75 DBA at a distance of 1 mtr average around the set conforming CPCB Norms.

(E) BASE FRAME

Base frame is fabricated in sheet metal rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brushless alternator close coupled with cross mounted on AVM the base frame shall have provision for mounting acoustic on it .

(F) FUEL TANK

100 ltrs removable fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 1.6mm.Draw out type fuel tank of capacity designed by the manufacturer with fuel level indicator , with inlet and outlet arrangement , air vent & Drug plug .

(G)PLATFORM :

1:2:3 PCC platform and plasterning with Suitable size to place 40 KVA DG Set With Acoustic Enclosure

(H)ERECTION ,TESTING AND COMMISSIONING :Transporting 40KVA DG SET to the site including loading and unloading , Insurance, Excise Duty ,VAT and all other taxes etc . Postioning on the PCC platform etc .Initial filling of Diesel , Engine oil , initial charging of battery and erection , Testing Commisioning for 40 KVA DG set.

Providing suitable concrete foundation with cement concrete 1:2:4 with sand cushion around the foundation erection of 40KVA Generator set with newly formed foundation and erection of Generator set with proper alignment over the foundation to suit 40KVA Generator set Foundation size 5 ft x 7ft and height 3 ft.
