RESTORATION WORK AGAINST CPDL OP SUB DIVISION NO. 4, SECTOR -37, U.T., CHANDIGARH WORK OF PERMISSION OF ROAD CUT FOR PROVIDING 6X315 KV P/M T/F AT VARIOUS SITES IN SECTOR -44, CHANDIGARH FOR IMPROVEMENT OF LD SYSTEM

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil. DSR 2.6.1

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. DSR 15.60

Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber, watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick compacted bed of sand including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick compacted bed of sand including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete tiles of size 2'-0" x 1'-0" x 3" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:1.5:3 duly cured and finished. The rates is to be fixed over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting of joints complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge.

Laying & refixing old Precasting plain cement concrete tiles duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:1.5:3 duly cured and finished. The rates is to be fixed over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting of joints complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing 100 x 100 x (50-75) mm thick machine cut cobble stone block of approved colour & shade and chisel dressed on top, for paving in floors, drains etc. laid over 20mm thick base mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints 10mm wide filled with same mortar including ruled pointing etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Laying & refixing of old cobble stone block laid over 20mm thick base mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints 10mm wide filled with same mortar including ruled pointing etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
