Deployment of Environment Assistant (From 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) for cleaning, sweeping and mopping of common area viz. all stairs, lift lobby, corridors, garbage room, entrance/ exits of building, terrace, stilt area, gully trap/inspection chamber and all internal roads of pocket, Guard Room, all gates, all toilets, glazed tiles, urinals, W.C. seats, wash basins, mirrors, fixtures of door, window & ventilators, etc. to keep every area neat and clean, useable and intact etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of broom, microfiber wiper, phenyle, harpic, nepthalene balls, toilet brush, handwash, duster cloth etc. and other requirments including dumping of garbage and C&W waste all included in item, nothing extra shall be paid). Note :- Minimum 3 Nos Environment assistant shall be deployed on the day of cleaning.

Collection of MSW from garbage container and C&D waste i/c loading, unloading, transorting and disposal of same to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning and desilting of open & covered storm water drains of any width and depth, including taking out wet/semi-wet sludge, silt, malba, rubbish etc(including any dead animal etc.) and disposal of the excavated material( wet/semi-wet sludge, silt, malba, rubbish etc) for all lead and lift/depth and opening of drain cover and placing covers in position after desilting/cleaning the drains, removal of the blockage, cleaning of bell mouth, obstructions in the smooth flow of drain in or under water/liquid mud in foul condition. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Term & Condition:- 1. Minimum 3 No.s Environment assistant shall be deployed on the day of cleaning. 2. Sweeping shall be done daily or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3. The urinal, water closet , wash basin, toilest and looking mirror shall be cleaned twice daily with approved cleaning agent of standard quality as per requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 4. Liquid phenyle/harpic or as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used for cleaning of toilets. 5. The agency shall arrange labour for daily cleaning of the entire area. In case the contractor fails to clean the area neatly daily Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) per day per location shall be deducted on this account. 6. Swept material/ waste collected shall be disposed off daily in the approved dustbin of MCD/DDA. 7. The agency shall also remove chockage from the outlets of urinals, toilets, chocked line, Gully Trap/Inspection Chamber if any, on priority. 8. Rate against item No 1 is inclusive of all T & P such as Broom, Microfiber Wiper, Phenyle, Harpic, Nepthalene Balls, Toilet Brush, Handwash, Duster Cloth, Green Area cleaning/dressing/maintaining tools, etc. 9. If any challan is received to this office on any day by NGT/DPCC/CPCB/ Local Authority or any Govt. Agency, same shall be borne by the agency and fails, the amount of challan shall be recovered from the bill of the agency. Nothing extra shall be paid to agency on this account. 10. Water shall be arranged by the agency for the work. Nothing extra shall be paid to agency on this account. 11. Alternative arrangements shall be made by the agency at his own cost in case of environment assistant falling sick or found absent from duty. In case of non-complince on this account a fine of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) per Environment Assistant per day shall be imposed by the department & shall be recovered from the bill.
