M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement consumed or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement for sunken slab, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in pelmet box, shelves, kitchen cabinet etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for 12mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Taking out old existing treatment of any thick and any position of RCC roof by scrapping, scrubbing, brooming down, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, surface finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on other than fair faces of brick surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/ concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment as given below :- (a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sq.m over concrete/plastered roof surface (b) Laying of 3mm thick membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sq.m with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames.
