S&F LED street light fitting of 35 watts or above, 230 V AC outdoor 5700k, IP 66 protection, power factor >0.95, IK-08 having 120 lm/watt efficiency with individual lens cover on each LED, rendering index > 70, 4 KV integrated surge protection, external 10 KV surge protection potted driver, toughned glass cover in high pressure die-cast powder coated aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics and making connection using 3 core flexible copper cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- a) Operating temperature of fitting shall be -10 to 50 degree celcius and voltage range of 120 V-270V. b) LM-79, (not more than 1 year old) LM-80 reports for fitting are mandatory. c) The fitting shall have minimum 50000 burning hours with LM 70 report. d) BIS stamp is mandatory on fixture & driver.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, Bracket sketch fitting, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6). & applying colour wash in required coats to match with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the same deem to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra on this account shall be admissible.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC rigid concealed conduit (ISI Marked) suitable size with all accessories having thickness not less than 1.8mm including sheet steel/ CI terminal box of adequate size having thickness not less than 2mm including 3mm thick hylem/masonite sheet including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded FRLS PVC insulated cable of green colour as earth conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for one light controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way, 240 Volts. Note: 1. Connections of cable with MCBs/Switch Sockets shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimbles. 2. Conduit shall be fixed on surface of roof with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit in not feasible. 3. Proper colour code will be used for wiring as per the electrical rule and as directed.

M&L for bracket in replacement for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracket for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Two core 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade with PVC conduit 20 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Two core Aluminium conductor PVC insulated cable of size 4 sqmm FR multistranded 1100 volts grade complete in 20mm pvc conduit, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as per serial item No. 13 her-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 meter and not exceeding 3 meter.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering as per requirement and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying & stretching the cable and punning down to form a bed to a minimum 23cm, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified in 19.75 of SSR Part-I of 2009.

M&L for Brick covering with equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv burnt out underground cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable junction box made out of polycarbonate duly powder coated in grey colour, of size minimum 150 X 200 X 75 mm, shock proof, termite proof, weather proof, UV-resistant, temperature resistant, IP 66, IK 09, with aluminium bus bar terminals, suitable to have MCB SPN and entry / exit of XLPE cable upto the size of 35 Sqmm 2 core, fitted on pole with clamp made out of 20 X 2 mm strip, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN 240V, 50Hz, 10 KA, 'B' curve of rating 6-32 Amp, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
