Supplying of 3.5 x 240 Sqmm PVC armoured aluminum U.G.Cable - 1.1KV grade at site. Make: Polycab / Finolex / / Havells /Paragon

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11kV grade of following size direct inground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation , sand cushioning , protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as required above 120 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required - 3 1/2 X240 sq.mm (62 mm)

Supply of 630A, 400V, 8 Way Distribution pillar box with 14 SWG CRCA sheet and HRC fuses on required bus bars and neutral bus bar made up of electrical grade aluminium and separate galvanised earthing flats and other features as per PED specifications.

Erection of Distribution/ SS pillar on MS channel including provision of pillar plinth.

Making earth pit of GI pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia GI pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos. of 12mm dia holes pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm , the top of GI pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround, covered with RCC precast slab etc as per I.E standards.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I.strip in 40 mm G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I.nut , bolt,spring , washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required

Supply of 150mm dia G.I pipes of medium class (TATA, TNT, Nezone, Apollp, Zenith). The rate includes transportation and all taxes

Supplying and fixing danger notice plate 440 /230 volts written in two languages

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 Coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 60cm x 60cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including insription duly engraved as required.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m , including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surpllus excavated soil as cirected , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil - pipes, cables etc., not exceeding 80mm dia.
