Demolition of stone slabs and chequered floor tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade approved design and colour laid over 40mm thick layer of sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Rate inclusive of sand cushioning.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium Composite panel of thickness 3.5 mm to 4.5mm in roof covering/cladding with semi-circular/ curve or any other design/colour as approved in shape /cladding to wall, fixed with suitable lining/supports to hold in position including ridges and valley gutters in concealed pattern as per manufacturer instruction for gates pillars and walls/soffits complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
