Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar of any description and in any position including removing rubbish off the premises complete as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete including removing rubbish off the premises complete as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.50 m in depth but not exceeding 3.00 m depth & getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at al level n. exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point all as directed

Returning filling in spreading and levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick including watering for filling under floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as roof floors, beams, staircase landing slab chajja/sunshade etc of ) of any description and in any position including removing rubbish off the premises complete as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C - 2 in foundation, filling and mass concrete (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (Design Mix) grade type M-25 (20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in foundation, footing, plinth beam etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC (Design Mix) grade type M-25 (20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, band etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC (Design Mix) grade type M-25 (20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in columns etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 herein before but except bricks. ( Old serviceable brick shall be obtained from demolition vide item No 01 above )

M & L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1 :3 (Thickness of mortar is minimum 25mm) all as specified in SSR Part-1 and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including support, overhangs etc. for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of columns, posts, pillars, piers as square, rectangular of polygonal for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over upto and cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, in stirrups, spacers etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 herein before but other than fair faces brick work .

M&L for providing PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, steps, copings, apex stones etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and complete with joints to match including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, any description, washing rubbing down and applying two coats external weather proof acrylic paints ( 1st quality) over a coat of exterior suitable primer etc all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of girth exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles area each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm and 25 mm thicks set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed in cement mortar 1 : 6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type A1 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, desk slabs, and in shelves and the like etc, complete all as specified and directed

Formwork to soffit of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls etc, laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel sections of Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality -A for framed work as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc to be prepaired for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks, hinges or steel hanging door fittings, rollers etc ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides ) and hanging also fastening and fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410 E (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for black Granite work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in wall lining, steps, jambs, pillars and the like set with neat cement slurry over and including cement mortar (1:4) screed bed 15mm thick including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Decorative design of wall, thickness not less than 20mm in CM 1:3 as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: - Measurement shall be made per RM of wall horizontly.
