REPAIRS TO JOINERY, CUPBOARD, GUARD BARS, RAILING ETC OF AREA-V OF AGE B/R (CENTRAL) UNDER GE (WEST) COLABA, MUMBAI

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean raddius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/ rubbish materials off the site out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Old unserviceable loose spalled concrete, chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers, chisel & hammer, cleaning of rust from mild steel rod, applying cement slurry spray 3.00 kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surface and thereafter rendering 20-30mm Thick ready mix plaster in multi layer for ceiling on brick wall or concrete surfaces including making groove of appropriate size and finished even & smooth without using extra cement including two coat of OBD / Weathercoat, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick Plaster in single layer of, on other than fair faces of concrete surfaces in wall (internal surface) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of wall putty 1 mm Average thickness on wall surface incl rubbing through authorised applicators, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat alkali resistant primer coat through authorised applicators of paint manufacturers only of approved shade, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper through authorised applicators of paint manufacturers only of approved shade, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls / ceilings and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) Base coat and top coat over a coat of alkali resistent primer including use of scaffoldings, complete all as specified and directed.
