M&L for Non - skid colured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and includings 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light shade virtified tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour incl 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor/roof finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 here-in-above but in skirting with 8-10 mm thick in 10mm backing coat in CM ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (un reinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path etc finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite granite stone including cutting and polishing etc including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm 2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm 2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mmtolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
