Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

P/l of 15 mm cement plaster with a floating coat of neat cement of mix(1:4) 1 cement and 4 fine sand.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. ( 2 mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall Painting with plasticemulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

P/a knifing grey on wooden surface to make it even and smooth.

Applying priming coat: ( With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.( Two or more coats on new work).
