Earthwork in filling for all heights & depths for any lead within the plant boundary for embankment/ bunds or any other place as directed to proper level, grade and camber with available excavated soil deposited earlier within plant boundary including, re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier within the complex boundary limit including clearing and stripping at earlier deposited soil (if necessary), loading, unloading and transportation, clearing and stripping in filling areas, cutting of trees of girth upto and inclusive of30 cms ( girth measured at a height of 1.0M above ground level) including uprooting of roots, consolidating the exposed natural soil to 95% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VIII, breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cms loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with power roller/ any other equipment to give at least 95% of maximum laboratory dry density as perIS:2720 Part-VIII of soil, dressing, levelling, testing, including disposing the unserviceable materials anywhere outside plant boundary limit, (Disposal areas to be arranged by contractor) all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The leads for the above mentioned operations shall be within the boundary limit of the plant).
Clearing and stripping of the areas earmarked for removing shrubs, grass, bushes, vegetables growth and other objectionable materials, trees upto and inclusive of girth of30 cms. (girth measured at a height of one metre from ground level) including uprooting of roots, etc. leveling, dressing and consolidating the surface and stacking the serviceable material/ unserviceable material as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dumping and dressing the same in demarcated areas etc. anywhere within the plant boundary limit and disposal of unserviceable materials outside the plant boundary limit as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.(Disposal area shall be arranged by Contractor at his own cost. CONCRETE PAVEMENTS
Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete with20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates in flooring, pavements etc. including leaving pockets, if necessary, making recess/drains, laying in alternate panels, etc. for all depths including shuttering, tamping, curing, etc. as specified in any shape, thickness, position and finishing the top surface smooth etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
For RCC of M-30 grade concrete(all materials including cement but excluding cost of providing & fixing reinforcement and joint sealing shall be supplied by the contractor).
Supplying and laying of 150 micron thick HM HDPE (Grade- I) FILM lining conforming to IS 10889 below concrete pavements, Hard stand, at any other place etc. including royalties, taxes, handling, transportation, unloading, storage, joining etc. all complete as per drawings, manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply of all materials and Construction of DRY LEAN CEMENT CONCRETE SUB-BASE (7 days compressive strength of 10.0 MPa) with 26.5mm and down size aggregate including cement , water, and approved additives on a prepared sub-grade, mixed in batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid, compacted, finished and cured etc. complete as per IRC:SP:49 (Guidelines for the use of Dry Lean Concrete as Sub-Base), drawings, standards, specifications and directions ofEngineer-in-charge
Providing 20mm wide Expansion Joints in pavement slabs as per standard/ drawing including cleaning the joints of all loose material, filling with 20mm thick impregnated fibre boards for the full depth of slab except for 25mm depth from top and sealing the top 25mm with Polysulphide base joint sealant of approved make conforming to BS:5212, including applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
For type-II pavement (Upto and inclusive of thickness of 150 mm)
Providing joints in pavements and around foundations as per standard/ drawing including cleaning the joints of all loose materials and sealing with Polysulphide base joint sealant of approved make conforming to BS:5212, including applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge for.

PVC Liner
Providing and laying of PVC LINER of thickness 30 MIL conforming to IS:15909 below tank pad foundations or any other place at all heights & depths without any damage during subsequent activities including handling, transportation, unloading, storage, laying in position, jointing& overlapping as per manufacturer's recommendations, including supply and providing Asphalt impregnated fiberboards for anchoring, etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in- charge. (All materials including consumables shall be incontractor's scope of supply)
Providing and laying in position 80mm dia. perforated uPVC pipes conforming to IS:9271 wrapped with 125mm thick layer of 40mm down size stone aggregates in Geotextile fabric, Terrum T 700 / equivalent, below tank pad foundations for all heights & depths complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge. (All materials including consumables shall be incontractor's scope of supply)
Providing, laying and jointing in position 80mm dia. uPVC pipes conforming to IS:13592, below tank pad foundations for all heights & depths complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge. (All materials including consumables shall be in contractor's scope of supply)
Providing and installation of uPVC leak detection well arrangement comprising of 80mm dia. uPVC pipe, tee, blind flange & threaded cap conforming to IS:13592 for leak detection purpose below tank pad foundations at all heights& depths including providing proper jointing as per code requirements or manufacturers recommendations for fitting in already installed uPVC pipes etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications & directions of Engineer-in charge.
MISC. CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL W ORKS FOR U/G PIPING AND OTHER CIVIL W ORKS
Providing and laying brick masonry with locally available bricks of specified class (Brick of class lower than specified shall not be accepted) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4Coarse sand) in one or more brick thickness and in any shape in foundation and plinth for valve pits, drains, circular/square maholes, wing walls, etc. including providing recesses, openings, etc. including curing, finishing the joints flush below ground level and raking out joints in plinth withall labour and material, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
