M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Applying 10mm hick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces after preparation of surfaces. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20kg/Sqm of area. (c) Laying App polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.0 kg/Sqm and 3mm thick with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Excavating over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 66 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5m but not exc 3m in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregates in precast cover slabs for manholes, baffle wall of septic tank and similar articles with plain faces etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing LT Cable XLPE Insulated, armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade, 10 Sqmm 2 core, laid in trenches/duct or fixed to wall/passing through pipe with suitable size cable glands, cable lugs, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) up to 180mm thickness complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth electrode plate 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in ground connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings from the earth electrode fixed along pole or wall with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth pit to top of earth plate electrode including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc complete all as directed. Supply, laying, and testing galvanised iron pipes of 50 mm bore medium grade with ISI Marked with all necessary fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade pipe, connectors, back-nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floors/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing, and for making forged bends on piping as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, and testing galvanised iron pipes of 25 mm bore medium grade with ISI Marked with all necessary fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade pipe, connectors, back-nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floors/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing, and for making forged bends on piping as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, Cast iron sluice valve of size 80mm bore, heavy duty (PN-1.6) with flanged ends, brass spindle any pattern with iron wheel head confirming to IS:14846, including jointing and jointing materials, nuts, bolts, rubber gasket and washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making joint by cutting of existing CI/GI pipe line of size 100mm to 80mm bore for insertion including tee and tail piece and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.
