Dismantling of old unserviceable of junction box including foundation after disconnecting of all elecrical connection complete.

Dismantling of old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box including foundation after disconnecting of all elecrical connection complete.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable cable of any size , GI pipe protection, bricks including separating serviceable bricks & set aside and removing un-serviceable bricks from position all complete as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles , stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks of size 25cmx12.5cmx7.5cm for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying bricks obtained from item No. 3 for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80/40 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of sch'A').

S & F MS Galvanised chain link fencing 3.40 mm dia & 100X100 mesh including line wires wt n.exc. 4.00 Kg/Sqm. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed..

Ditto-----all as item No 12 above but 80 mm bore pipe

Laying only cable any sizes obtained from item No 3 with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed.

Digging out incoming and outgoing cables of any sizes from loops near/back side junction box/feeder pillar box/ LT panel in trenches, cutting burnt out uninsulated portion of cable and relaying refixing in trenches and returning, refilling the excavated soil and connecting the cables with bus bars including provision of suitable size of aluminium lugs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection pedestal type junction box of size 900mmX600mmX400mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 25X25X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25X5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mmgraded stone aggregate foundation of size 0.80m X 0.6m X 0.90m depth (0.30m below ground level and 0.60m above ground level ) and connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel/ iron sheet and panels surfaces of any description not otherwise described , over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of painting with synthetic paint over existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Painting of panel/feeder pillar boxex shall be crried out in different colour of paint as required .

M&L in reapir for replacement of MS sheet cover of LT panel board made out of 2.00 mm thick MS sheet as per required shape and size including necessary fabrication,welding work and fixing accessories etc to match with existing panel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron strip, buried in ground or fixed to wall in repair complete.
