M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing mild steel galvanised 3.00mm dia (minimum weigth 3Kg/Sqm) of wire and spacing 75mm x 75mm including line wires to any standards, rails and straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing mild steel galvanised 3.00mm dia (minimum weigth 3Kg/Sqm) of wire and spacing 75mm x 75mm including 8mm dia round bar as in line wires to any standards, rails and straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, finishing plastered surfaces Even and smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete external surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement on external wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint Weather Coat over a coat of alklai resistance Primer (as per Manufacturer’s instructions), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new surface of brick / concrete/ stone surface (road kerb stone) of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a coat of Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old Steel Surfaces of any description not otherwise decribed over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L Pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x300mm x25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, jointed in neat cemnt slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F RCPC (Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete) drain cover slab of size 750mm x 450mm x 75mm thick, of capacity 5 MT placed in proper position as, in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing covered /uncovered drains of any section and depth removal of sludge rubbish and other foreign material and flushing with adequate quantity of water and deposit the sludge to a distance not exc 50m complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and not excedding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for laying GI/CI pipes and gettings insoft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 metre away from starting point where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing GI/CI pipe line of size mentioned here-in-after and of any type from trenches, walls, floors etc after thorough cleaning and removing any blockages for refixing or removal from unserviceable pipe from site for the complete all as directed.

Supply only of Bleaching Powder of approved quality for cleaning/ washing the balancing tank, areation tower during descaning/ refilling of fresh water in interval as directed by Engr In charge for better Cleanness of Balancing tank/ Areation tower or indicated places complete all as directed & specified.

Taking sample of raw water & tap water from Pump Houses & getting tested by Deirectorate of PHED office by collection of sample from Pump House for physical, Chemical and Bacterelogical analysis, report shall be submitted to engr-in-charge NOTE : Water sample will be collected from all Five Pump Houses viz. Location- T Park, Hoogly View, Bhattacharjea Enclave, MAP Hastings, Napier Road shall be treated as one job.

Supply and laying UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 KGF per CM2 of dia 25 mm with all tube fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps , plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making bends on piping as required after taking down old pipe and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 KGF per CM2 of dia 15 mm with all tube fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps , plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making bends on piping as required after taking down old pipe and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Calcium based High strength Chlorination chemical, Make - Purichlor/Altoc contains chlorine contents not less than 65% with water in proportionate way for maintaining adequate chlorine at all time at Pump Houses as directed by competent authority for water Disinfection complete all as specifed & as Directed.

Supply and laying UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 KGF per CM2 of dia 20 mm with all tube fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps , plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making bends on piping as required after taking down old pipe and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour only for attending emergency external water supply complaints of all nature i.e. leakage in any type of water supply pipe lines, fittings / Fixtures, no water supply involving replacement fittings from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs complete all as directed. Note:- Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respective items mentioned under respective items of BOQ..

S&F Rotational Moulded Polyethylene (HDPE) Water Storage Tank 5000 Litre Capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), Black in Colour, Three Layered Construction, hoisted and fixed in Position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I including provision of 25mm x 100mm GI nippples with check nuts for inlet, outlet wash and overflow pipe and including PTMT Ball Valve 25mm dia having mini -mum weight 210 Grams, high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium Rod and high density Plastic Ball, screwed for Iron Pipe including Lowering of old/unserviceable Water Storage Tank of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. Note-The rates for ‘Hoisting and Fixing’ tanks include for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access covers etc., (b) Rate shall be inclusive of provision of fixing of supports, Ball valve etc.
