CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AT SELECT LOCATIONS WITHIN TARAPUR COLONY, SADAR VIDHANSABHA, DISTRICT JAUNPUR UNDER INFRASTRUCTURE FUND

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20') in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m (5") lift and 30m (100') lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankent or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m ('100') distance as directed by the E/I.(SOR 2020 SI No. 253)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (AR)

Providing and Laying separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick as per direction of engineer in charge. (MR)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer in-charge. Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine. (DSR 2023 Sr. 16.43.1)

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(DSR 2023 Sr. 16.46.1)

Disposal of excavated surplus earth upto 5km distance including loading, unloading, cartage etc complete including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work ( SOR 2020 Sl. No. 231(a))

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in SLAB and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour & T and P etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not beless than M-20.PWD-288B

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.DSR 5.22.6

Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation pipes cable etc. (Loan clay or sand) including lift up to 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within ahead of 30m. (SOR-2020 -S.I. No. 251

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 fine sand :8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. (SOR-2020 -S.I. No. 281)
