The quantities given here under are tentative. They can vary on either side upto any extant,the contractor shall have no claim on account of changes and shall be paid of the quantities as physically met at site reach of work for complete work and rates are excluding of G.S.T.

WBM Grading-2 Providing , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grage and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fillup the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MORD Technical Soecification Clause 405.

Low porosity providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm using meachanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor @ 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hyddraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause 503.

Providing laying & rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggrrgates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat-C as per technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification MORD Specification no. Clause 510 as per Data book item No. 5.12(B) case-III Type-C.

Earth work in mar,kabar,ranker and kankar mixed soil in repairing of damaged Patri with lead upto 595m. and lifts 1.5m. with dressing, making profile and manual compation including all cost of labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work.
