Dismantling of old existing Ms gate, MS chequered sheet of UGR, trench sheets and plate cover and other damaged MS work with the help of various tools and tackles and heavy labour work with the satisfaction of labour in charge

Fabrication/Cutting the MS Sheet of 06 mm as per the size of required of MS cover for Sump with the help of gas cutter. Making the frame with the help of MS angle of size 50x50x5mm as per site requirement of Sump by welding, cutting, grinding, etc. The work includes lifting the MS sheet with the help of hydra/heavy manual labour with proper safety and cutting/welding and fixing the hinges and two handles for Opening and closing the MS cover opening.

Providing and fixing of MS Gate with locking arrangement on platform of Sump. Size as per requirement. The outer frame Should be made 50 x 50 x 6 mm and inner frame should be made of 40 x 40 x 5 mm. The inner frame should be covered with MS sheet as per site requirement and direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling the old and damage rusted /CC covers etc. by pneumatic power hammer chisel and electric compressor machine and at site with the help of various Job tools and tackles and heavy labour work complete in all respect help of gas cutter and heavy labour etc.

Making CC cover around sump Gate with the help of Bricks cement rodi dust and other material as per site requirement.

Supply of chequered plate for trench cover around all six pumpsets and trench pit all over the BPS premises of 6 mm thick/as per site requirement.

Fixing of chequered plate with the help of hook, welding of hook in the chequered plate.as per site requirement.

Supply of MS Hooks and heavy duty hinges as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer DSR code: 10.3 2021

Providing and Fixing of MS Girder and MS chequered sheet platform stand for valve open and close Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and size as per site requirement

All safety measurements as per NHRC guidelines is to be taken to work safely with manual labour/ mechanical excavation Including helmets, gumboots, barrier cone, caution tape, oxygen mask, full body harness, safety jacket, etc.as per site requirement.

Painting the complete as above mentioned structure with the help of all accessories, painting with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint as per site requirement and direction of engineer in charge.

Loading, Unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for the above up to the site including charges of heavy labour etc.
