Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared subgrade add cement@2% by weight to spread Material manually miixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared sub base cement@4% by weight to the spread Material manually miixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specn. No. 503. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration or Emulsion grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per T.S.C. 508 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per TSC 510 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within a lifts up to 1.50m and lead upto 1000m. As per technical specification clause No. 302.3 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 I. P.C.C grade M 10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 II. Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply Laying & Fixing,of 600 mm dia NP-3 Class Hume pipe (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply Laying & Fixing,of 900 mm dia NP-3 Class Hume pipe (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Maintenance of Bitumenious surface road and gravel or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc. restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop/berms, making up of berms/ shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert maintenance of guard rails ans parapet maintenance of road signs speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required maintenance of Hectometer and kilometer stone cutting of branches of tree shrub and trimming of grass and weeds etc white washing of parapet including CD work, painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stones as per performance Index anexure-1 mentioned in GO No. 55/2022/187/23-09-2022-02 Nabard /2021 Dt 28-04-2022 & Enc letter on 14 BDD-1(NH)/40MT-11/2024 dated 03-01-2024 Subjected to be Approved from Govt. Maintenance of 1st Year after completion of work Bitumenous work & CC Work @Zero% of total Work amount of item 1 to 14

Cost of Maintinece for 2nd Years for Bitumenious work @ 0.75% (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Cost of Maintinece for 3rd Years for Bitumenious work @ 1.50% (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) @ 1.50%
