Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thickness with hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Earth cushioning to UG cables using excavated soil riddled by using large sieve to separate the composite particles/roots etc and refilling in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub-class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling / cutting of existing road / path / hard standing cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) suitable for laying cable protection pipe 80 / 50 mm dia under the road / path / hard standing complete.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing by using cement contrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 0.45 mtr wide and 0.15 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed. including demolition of old PCC and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore including all type fitting such as bends, elbows, tee etc fixed on walls/to poles/laid in trenches as cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply, layig, connecting, testing and commissioning of 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable confirming to IS : 7098-1985 with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts laid in trenches, floor, fixed to walls/drawn through pipe, duct or along the pole and incl the disturbence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Polycab/Finolex/Paragon/Gloster/Nicco

Disconnecting the electric supply from the existing LT Panel/Transformer/LT poles and meggering the LT under ground cable any type & size for its IR value and ensuring the serviceability by LT megger, locating the faults by cable fault locating instrument suitable to locate and pin point faults in LT cables for any distance and reconnect the LT cable including jointing the cable at fault location with straight through cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 1100 volts grade cable with jointing material and accessories, cutting the bitumen road, Excavation in trenches nexc, 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete in hard/dense soil for taking out and making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing finish all as specified and as directed. Note : Cable Joint kit will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing for straight through cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type joint for 1100 volts grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE/PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable for the size 70 to 150 sqmm all as specified and directed. Make - Raychem, M seal, Denson etc

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning, of cubical LT motor starter panel made out factory made IP65 thermoplastic polycarbonate with openable shutters on both sides (Front and rear) having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof, Indoor type, suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, degree of protection IEC 60529 enclosure with cable chamber, each MCCB's / Motor starter having seperate enclosures with two additional enclosures for first Aid Box and Chlorine Test Kit and having copper busbar 1.5 times of rated current (200 Amps) of incoming MCCB with heat shrink insulation and mounting insulators, AC supply, electrically connected as per norms, CPRI approved and taking down the old panel board including the following:- Make : L&T, C&S, Indoasian, Legrand, Schneider, Havells.

S&F 200 Amp Bus bar box, 6 Way (Wall mounted) made out factory made IP65 thermoplastic polycorbonate with openable shutters on front sides having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof, Outdoor type, suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles with outer shell contains a detacheable plate having provision for entry of adequate size with PVC glands with cable incl taking down old u/s bus bar box and reconnect incoming or outgoing LT cables complete. (Make : L&T, Havells, C&S, Legrand & Indoasian)

M&L for servicing of voltage stablizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for inpurt variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy + 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 75 KVA including checking of input and out voltage, voltage variation between three phase, tighting of all electric connections, replacement of unserviceable PCB, replacement of variac transformer, main transformer, variac automatic operation motor, Replacement of Amp & Voltage meter, top up natural oil at desire level, replacement of u/s electronics componets such as capacitor, diode, registor, ICs etc incl cleaning of dirt, dust on entire body of stablizers etc complete. Note : Major components shall be measured and paid seperately and amount deemed to be including all small electronics components.

Supply and fixing in repair motorised variac transformer / dimmer in copper winding for 75 KVA servo stablizer complete.

Supply and fixing in repair digital servo stabilizer control card for 75 KVA servo stabilizer complete.

M&L for old painted steel and iron surface and painting to steel tubular LT poles with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level / plinth block (in Sky blue and white strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 m height of poles including painting on cores arms, bracing, clamps etc and writing pole Nos with thick black synthetic enamel paint.

M&L removing weeds and wild grass inside the installations using chemical spray and trimming trees and unwanted plants using petrol operated Tree/Grass cutting tools and dressing of the surface by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to give an even and neat look to the site and disposing off all the unwanted grass, bushes and debris around two / four pole / MRS & Transformer etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Cleaning area of installation 2 (two) times in a period of six months shall be measured as "PER SQM" unit.)
