Improvement to Raipur Water works including 3 months Trial run,12 months Defects Liability Period and 5 years Operation and Maintenance of all Project Components/whole scheme. i. Providing and Constructing 16.00 M Dia Intake Well cum Pump house on Bank of Kharun River with RCC Approach Bridge of 50 M in Length near Kathadih.. ii. Providing and Installing Raw Water Pumping Machinery 6 Nos. (4W + 2S) of Q=1705110LPH and Head 58 m. iii. Construction of Electric Sub Station of 2000/33/3.3 KVA out door at Intake Well site. iv. Providing and laying DI K-9 Raw water pumping main (Dia: 1200 mm & Total length: 6500 RMT) up to WTP at Dunda. v. Conventional Water Treatment Plant of Capacity 150 MLD with Lamella Clarifier and Recirculation arrangement including Conference cum SCADA room and Aluminium composite panel Cladding with frame on all 4 sides of all major buildings opposite dunda school. vi. Construction of Electric Sub Station of 5000/33/3.3 KVA out door at WTP site. vii. Providing and Installing Clear Water Pumping Machinery 6 Nos. (4W + 2S) of Q=1,710909 LPH and Head 96 m at WTP. viii. Providing and laying DI K-9 Clear Water Pumping Main of 1200 mm Dia of total length – 5500 RMT) from WTP Junction point at Santoshi Nagar Raipur. ix. Providing and installing Bulk flow Meter on Raw Water Pumping Main. x. Other Allied Works (Boundary wall, Staff quarter, Planitation, Land scaping, Rain water harvesting etc.). xi. PLC & IOT BASED SCADA for all components. Note: The quoted lump sum offer by contractor shall be deemed to be included of all the cost required for successful Survey, Engineering, Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of whole scheme including Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, IoT base SCADA, Instrumentations equipment’s along with any other required components for the successful operation of the plant and cost of Operation & Maintenance for 5 Years. The department will not entertain any extra financial claim on account of extra items, it is solely the responsibility to bidder to ascertain extra items required for successful commissioning of whole scheme and should include the rates in its quoted offer.
