M&L for draining out water from semi undergroung water storage tank of capacity 41000 Gallon scraping out bleachin residual, sediments, sand, fungues scaling etc from inside, bottom and wall of water storage tank with the help of wire brush, steel Patti broom and jute bags and taking out same from the water storage tank and throwing at a distance not less than 25 mtr away from the water storage tank, cleaning inside the water storage tank and then washing and flushing out with fresh water till the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and writing the date of cleaning on water tank wall with black/white enameld paint after cleaning of external wall surface of the tank with wire brush and remove all busses and algae neatly and painting of GI sheet of the top of the tank with green colour 2 coat of enameled paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (At Ticca Area - 02 Nos)

M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door both front and rear side openable, Indoor type, of Suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 2 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with door for each compartment. Cubiclle must be extendible in both ends having both front and rear side openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP , current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders inclding all broken surface making good . The cubicle should be inclusive of following :
Supply and fix Non return sluice valve of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
Testing of water sample for head water works Punchpulla and Main water supply installation No 1 Ticca Area, considering all parameter of drinking water as per IS Specification through authorised Govt laboratory and produced to the Engr-in-charge for records.
M & L disconnection of DI existing pipe line 100/150/80mm dia with dismentling of thrust block and disconnection of titen joint of DI pipe line and refixing with PCC thrust with complete plaster and refixing again on same place for proper alignment/arrangement of DI Pipe line with complete testing all as specified and directed. Note : Thrust Block PCC will be measured and paid separately.
M&L for construction of Thrust block of size should be required as per site made out of PCC 1:1½ :3 using 20mm graded stone aggregate grade M-20 for holding of raising mains of D.I pipe line complete all as specified and directed.
