Day to day running operation of water supply system for water supply to Old MQ, B & C type, 126 No DS MQ, 300 No DS MQ, Rest House, Jet Hostel, Community Hall, Staff Club, transit House,New MQ, Pragati Viihar,3 & 4 Incline Campus, CHP,1 & 2 Incline Campus, etc. by operation different valve etc. all Complete as per the instruction of Engg. Incharge. (Total Man power deployed per day = 10 No. )

Day to day maintenance and upkeeping of the garden / lawn/hedge/flower bed/ flower pots including planting of the plants sappling, uprooting of the rank vegetation and weeds, periodical digging / loosening of the ground necessary fertilizer, manual insecticide pesticide etc. complete for the entire garden of Hospital,Ashiyana Guest House,Filter Plant,SAM Office. all complete as per the instruction of the Engineer In Charge. For Two year ( Total Man power deployed per day = 05 No. )

Cleaning of RCC/RB/PVC water tank over the Residential building and Non Residential building including the cost of cleaning agents like lime/bleaching powder etc and the necessary jobs like removal and refixing of the covers etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying at site all type of different variety seasonal flowers / plants all complete as per the instructions of the Engr-In-Charge

Supplying CP brass pillar tap of approved quality as per Instruction of EIC. 15 mm nominal bore

Providing & fixing tank jointer including pipe nipple upto 40 mm dia all complete job. as per Instruction of EIC.

Providing & fixing waste coupler for wash basin and sink of size upto 100 mm dia of standard quality. as per Instruction of EIC.
