M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Plates (plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched, (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment quality A conforming to Fe-410W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rolled mild steel conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250), quality B in Stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in footpath/hardstanding/pavings/plinth protection/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement including spike rolling to make impression of expanded metal while the concrete is green and forming dummy joints at 2mtr c/c and filled with lean mortar 1:8 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base of floor, paving, path etc including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces 10mm in cement mortar 1:6 and 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair using WPC compound in top layer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling, chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.
