Design manufacture supply and errection of pre-fabricated shelter with and including foundation and plinth work in RCC M-25 grade concrete, Steel superstructure,roof covering with PPGI sheet 0.5 mm thick roof covered, false ceiling powder coated GI members with decorative fissure board ceiling tiles, double skin with Puff insulated PPGI wall panel 50mm thick,powder coated alu window/partitions with doors partly glazed and partly panelled with internal electrification, water supply and construction of raised plinth 45 cm height with rammed earth moorum filling, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in subbase, Vitrified ceramic tiles in Floors an 1.50m wide Plinth protection etc complete all as shown in drawing and as specified.

M&L for hardcore with broken stones or boulders of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and well rammed/rolled to a true surface

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase finished to receive floor treatment

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finshed even and smooth without using extra cement with mechanical floater machines

M&L for cutting of existing concrete floors using diamond cutters for formimg construction joints 10mm wide and 30mm deep and filled with bituminous sealing compound grade 'B" etc complete all as specified.
