Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion by demolition of cement concrete or any type of work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for mild steel works as in doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Dismantling fencing wire any type (barbed wire, chain link fencing, GI mesh etc) all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvanised fencing conforming to IS 2721: 2003 including line wires of 3.15mm dia .

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire.

S&F Mild steel screw or bolts (machine made) with hexoganal or square heads at one and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexogonal or square nut not exceeding 5cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (Note:Each line wire to be measured)

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling).corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham fers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions /archers etc and removing debris from site to outside MoD land.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 11.00 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on newly steel surfaces including preparation over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in channel and drains including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

Demotion of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 , type A-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified.

Formwork to edges of concreteflats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide. (Where RCC/PCC band in walls, etc complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for column , hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips .

All as per item No 21.00 above but 8mm dia and over in stirrups,spacers and binders etc.

M&L for 55mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in 1:2:4,type B-0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 in cluding all mouldings but excluding frame.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris out of Mod Land.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor etc complete all as specified

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hard standing complete all as specified

M &L for forming expansion joints 100 mm deep x 12 mm wide filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade A.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 in M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Independent test to be carried out before payment)

M&L sand layer under floor of interlocking paver including watering and consolidation.

M&L for factory made chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc.

Dismantling of mild steel corrugated steel sheeting any type, gauge, thickness etc including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating steel GI based corrugated sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering,cladding to wall etc and fixed with self taping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified

S&F rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E- 165 ) complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in repair SFRC drain cover size 900mm x 600mm x 70mm thick laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Notes: - Contractor shall provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame)

Supply and fixing in repair SFRC drain cover size 600mm x 600mm x 70mm thick laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Notes: - Contractor shall provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame.)

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc Notes for item No 1.00 to 39.00: (a) Details of labour employed and the factual report on daily basis shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge. (b ) The contractor shall remove debris /retrieved unservieable material of bldg from site to outside MoD land and clear the site as directed by Engg-in-Charge without any extra cost failing which a panel recovery @ Rs 15000/- per building/quarter shall be made from contractor's dues. (c) The quoated rate shall deemed to be included in the above items and nothing extra to be paid to the contractor due to above provisions.
