CONSTRUCTION OF ROOMS FOR DG SETS INSIDE PLANT, ALUMINA REFINERY, NALCO, DAMANJODI

1.1.1/P62) Removing the excavated materials,debris of any description and any other waste materials,spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places, spreading / levelling complete and disposal inside plant within 2 KM lead.

2.8.1) Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift up to 1.5 m in all kind of soil.

02.06.01/2.26.1) Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift from 1.5m to 3.00m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift from 1.5m to 3.00 m in all type of soil.

02.09.01) Earthwork excavation in soft rock / ordinary rock in foundations not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 Sqm. on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift as mentioned above including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.Lift upto 1.50m in ordinary / soft rock.

02.01.01) Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil

04.01.05) Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded 20 mm and down stone aggreagates) ,at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations, fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

05.02.02) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete with RCC grage 1:1 1/2:3 (1 cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3 stone aggregate) work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. in super structure up to floor five level (a hight of 20 metres from ground level), including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

05.09.01) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, rafts of columns,plinth beam up to plinth level as directed by Engineer-in Charge.Work in foundation and footing upto ground level in all shape and sizes.Work below ground level and up to plinth level , in all shapes and sizes.

05.09.03) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for columns, lintels, roof beams, roof slabs, cantilever beam/roof, chajjas, and similar types of work above ground level as directed by Engineer-in Charge, up to all heights and in all shapes and sizes.

06.02.02) Providing & laying Brick masonry in foundation up to plinth level in any shape including scaffolding, staging, curing, all complete in Cement mortar (1 Cement:6 sand) . (Only CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

06.34.02) Providing and laying Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level including necessary scaffolding, all labours,etc : with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand). CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

06.34.02) Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level including nrcessary scaffolding, all labour, etc : with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) .(Cement and fly ash bricks will be issued free of cost at NALCO'S STORE/ any issue point of NALCO)

7.1.1) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth up to 1.00 metre above ground level including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) . CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.05.02) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 course sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type sand including curing etc. all complete for a hight up to 10 metres from ground level.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

15.28.1) Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheeting work from existing buildings, stacking the same and disposing off the damaged sheets to the dumping area inside plant or shifting of the sheets to scrap yard up to 3 KM inside plant. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights.

13.18.00) Applying Neat cement punning on concrete/plaster surfaces with curing up to 7 days, including all labours, tools & tackles.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.46.01) Supplying , applying and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exter

ior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) sqm , including necessary scafolding up 10 m. hight ,all material and all labours, etc all complete.

22.08.01) Providing and laying four courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg per square metre of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (hessian based self finished bitumen felt) and fourth and final course of stone grit 6 mm and down size or peasized gravel spread at 6 cubic diameter per square metre including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete with : Bitumen felt (hessian base) type 3 grade I conforming to IS : 1322 .

11.03.01) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. of 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

13.60.01) Providing, painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved make / shade as per colour scheme on walls on old / new surface etc complete.The works shall shall include the preparation of surface by sand papering, necessary scaffoldings, wire brushing, removal of scales and peeled off surfaces , filling the depressions,nail holes by putty and painting uniformly without any patches and brush markings.The area must be cleaned after completion of painting work. For two or more coat with new colour at all hight.

13.43.01) Applying a coat of approved water thinnable cement primer on new/old cement plaster surface after removing the colour wash/white wash & foreign particles rubbing with sand paper , necessary scaffoldings, as directed etc. complete at all hight.

13.26.00) Applying putty ( J K White putty or equivalent ) on the old/new walls to give an even surface & smooth after cleaning the colour wash/ white wash/distemper with wire brush or sand paper with all materials,necessary scaffoldings, tools & takles etc. all complete at all hight.

11.6.1) Cement plaster skirting up to 60 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick.

11.26.01) Supplying and laying Kota stone slab of 25 mm thickness flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over, for skirtings jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : , including all materials and labours etc.( Cement shall be issued free of cost at Nalco's store.)

10.02.00/ 1007) Transporting, fabricating, erecting and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work at all height above ground level, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, in columns, beams, trusses, purlins, gratings, girders, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, grills, doors, shutters , windows, ventilators,gutters , structural support for chimney, and similar works, including all materials and labours and scaffolding arrangement all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( Required Structural steel will be issued free of cost at Nalco's store).

12.11.00) Providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.( 40x6 mm flats will be issued free of cost at NALCO"s store)

10.7.0) Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

10.8.02) Extra for providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters. Exceeding 16.80 sqm in area .
