M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding. 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep and area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) with granite trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 ton power road roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairs to potholes, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 5 kg/ 10sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes not exceeding 30 mm complete as specified and directed.

Prepairing unsurfaced, water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 7 kg/ 10sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 3 kg/10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm consolidated thickness, bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, with binder paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam with binder paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber for thickness not more than 75mm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Consolidated thickness shall be measured & paid )

M & L for preparing old/new bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs for road cat eye with self two way reflection 100x100x20mm (minium) with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size and epoxy chemical as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. including drilling in road, epoxy chemical for fixing etc. all as specified and directed.
