Demolition of cement concerte in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level )unreinforced concrete.

M&L 25mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12mm graded aggregate) Laid in sub flooring all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab/Sadarhalli stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick overcement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and including 15 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as direcetd.

M&L for double charged Vitrified light coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as direcetd.

M&L for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles of sizes 600m x 1200 mm X 9 mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry, laid over including 10 mm thick rendering coat/backing layer in CM (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting complete all as specified and as direcetd. Note: Mitred tiling to be done at external corners with a cut at a 45 degree angle along the edge of the tile an the cost is included in the rate quoted above.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping / PVC Conduit pipe of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs with sunken type pressed steel terminal box and junction boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. Supply and fix MCB distribution board double door type, SPN 12 way, 240 Volts sheet steel powder painted IP 43 protection with bus bar, neutral link & earth bar etc. for incoming and outgoing MCBs.

Supply and fixing, TPN 40 to 100 Amps current rating, 415 Volts, 10 KA 'C' curve MCBs in the MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing, SP 6 to 32 Amps current rating, 240 Volts, 10 KA 'C' curve MCBs in the MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning.

All as per item here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm for 3 pin 16 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing wall mounted LED batten fittings extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver 22W LED (4ft) complete with all accessories including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete including taking down old U/s fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan of any sweep any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine replacement of split pins, cotter pins, down rod of suitable size and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling, including replacement of wornout/defective parts, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan including painting of ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler , one coat after cleaning all dust etc & testing complete all as specified.

Supply and fix sheet metal powder painted double pole enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket flushing in wall including 32 Amps rated double pole MCB 10 KA, "C" curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable distribution board with MCBs, switch fuse unit, enclosure and making good the disturbed surface of walls including paint touchup to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking down Existing old UNSV submain wiring of any description /type size and removal of UNSV material from site and making good the disturbed surface of walls / ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- charge.
