Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and testing of 150 mm dia DWCPE (SN8) pipes incl vollor laid and jointed in cement mortar and tested on completion and make the line functional, including demolition and breaking up old drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar including concrete bed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying and testing of 250 mm dia DWCPE (SN8) pipes incl vollor laid and jointed in cement mortar and tested on completion and make the line functional, including demolition and breaking up old drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar including concrete bed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested of 100mm bore complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested of 150mm bore complete all as specifed and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes, bricks wall for connecting new drain pipe/bend/Tee of 100mm dia size and making good to pipe or wall leak proof and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channels (1/2 round or ¾ section) manholes and filling cut of walls by cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finish and reforming benching as required for 100mm internal dia of pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore concealed type stop cock fancy type,chromium plated with long shank crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending day to day complaints of Cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size and depth, in any situation by way of cleaning/desludging by manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding (full through) of sewer lines and between the blocked manholes where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping the sewage line all time functional ,cleaning traps, water closet, soil waste/vent pipe, gully traps etc complete upto final drop into septic tanks and soakage well (working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures with necessary equipment as required or applicable by deploying 03 Nos of safaiwala for 08 hrs working complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The sludge removed from the manholes and sewage line shall be removed to out side MoD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge in entire Jhansi Cantt (entire OTM and entire Married accn) area under AGE B/R-I Jhansi. Note:- Each Job shall contain various complaints of sewage recieved by the office each day.

M&L for cleaning/desludging of existing septic tank/sokage well of any capacity and depth with inlet/outlet chambers including taking out sludge (both organic and inorganic matter) in any form and other foreign matter etc viz sediment, sand, ash, grease, fibre, silt, roots or vegetation etc by means of sewage sucking machine and after plugging the incoming sewer line through combined high pressure water jetting/ suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the sludge outside MOD land by any means and at a place meant for the purpose by local Municipality complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose, Liquid depth of septic tank shall be measured before removal of sludge.

M & L for puncturing existing SGSW/RCC pipe line of any dia at any places between manholes for cleaning blockage in pipes including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of soil and making good punctured area with CM (1:1) complete all as specified & directed

S&F 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast) soil waste and vent pipe (ISI Marked)in any length with or without ears with cement joint laid in trenches including taking out of existing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 450 X 300 x 7 mm thick, jointless type, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for receiving the tiles, complete incl dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs 10 Litres, PVC, valve less, syphonic action type, Flushing Cistern, high level, white inlet, ball valve, float, chain and pull, and brackets including PTMT PVC connection 600mm long.flush pipe 32mm dia PVC complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
