Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders brackets, bulk head fittings etc removing material for taking credit (credit shall be recovered as per credit Sch attached) and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc as per existing all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm in copper conductor cable ( multistrand) FRLS single core PVC insulated cable in and including PVC concealed conduit (ISI Marked) of heavy duly with all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated in sunken/pressed steeel metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches /sockets/ fan regulators etc and continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated FRLS controlled by one switch for one light/fan/sockets point/ all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge in ceiling Portion surface conduit wiring to be done. Note : i) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost ii) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth. (iii) Necessity cutting chasing where ever required shall be part of job & making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing shall be part of job.

All as per item No 2 above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing shall be part of job.
