NOTE:- The subject work will be carried out in phase wise manner. Estate officer/Engineer-in-Charge shall decide that total how many phases are required and how many quarters will be handed over for repair works in one phase subject to the availability of vacant quarters and decision of competent authority shall be final. All items to be used in this work should be branded and ISI certified or CPWD approved list of material may be followed. If any make is not specified, decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding.
